Bx. Assembly Debate
Here is footage from Gary Axelbank's Show of a hot debate between the candidates for the 76th Assembly District in the Bronx -- Peter Rivera (incumbent) and Luis Sepulveda.
can't see how anyone can vote for an incumbent in the worst legislature in the nation but Sepulveda didn't come off well.
